Overall Opinion:
Loreal Blow Dry It works well to absorb all of the oil in your hair and keep it clean all day.
When I first applied it into my hair, I noticed that the product was very highly pigmented, which ended up making it a bit harder to use.
In order to get rid of the stark white cast, I had to massage and brush the product through multiple times, and even after I did that, I could see that the product was still powdery in my hair. I didn’t like that about this product.
Another down side to this product is the lack of volume and texture it adds to your hair.
Other than those few downsides, this product works very well. It lasted in my hair all day long and kept it looking and smelling fresh and oil free.
This may be one of the longest lasting oil absorbent dry shampoos I have tried.
Overall, Loreal Blow Dry It worked well to keep my hair clean all day long.
Detailed Opinion:
Look and Feel
Loreal Blow Dry It feels very soft and looks highly pigmented when I first apply it into my hair.
It sprays out barely damp and once it dries down it feels very soft and fine.
This is one of the highest pigmented dry shampoos I’ve tried which is a bit intimidating at first.
Application/Ease of Use
Loreal Blow Dry It applies evenly throughout the hair with the aerosol bottle.
It’s very easy to apply but it is a little bit less easy to use since it’s so highly pigmented.
I had to massage the product into my hair and then brush it through several times to get the color to diminish, and even still I could tell there was dry shampoo in my hair, which I definitely didn’t like.
Drying Time
The product sprays out a bit damp but dries almost instantly.
Smell (Initially)
The smell of Loreal Blow Dry It is pretty strong, but also kind of good. It smells floral, but I do think it’s a bit overpowering.
Smell (Over Time)
The smell stays in your hair but definitely lessens over time.
The Results
The results I achieved from Loreal Blow Dry It to absorb oil were great.
Unfortunately, this product didn’t add much in terms of texture or volume.
It added a bit of texture which helps with volume, but it wasn’t enough to be an added perk.
How Long It Lasts
This product definitely shines when it comes to the length of wear you can achieve. I didn’t have to wash my hair until the next day and even then it didn’t look like all of my oil had broken through.
Price
Loreal Blow Dry It is $4.99 for 3.4 oz which comes to $1.46 per ounce.
This is a below average price for a dry shampoo.
