Overall Opinion:
Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo works well to absorb oil, but gave me mixed feeling when it came to the texture and volume it added.
This dry shampoo is easy to apply and you only need a small amount which I like. But when it came to using it and brushing it through my hair, it was very difficult because of the texture it immediately adds.
I always look for added volume and texture in a dry shampoo because I don’t like using multiple products in my hair. But this one added too much texture, something I didn’t know was possible.
It made my hair feel super thick and gritty, and although I liked the volume and look it gave to my hair, I couldn’t touch my hair because it felt so gross and had too much residue.
Otherwise, the product lasts all day in the hair and leaves a nice clean scent which I liked.
Overall, this dry shampoo works well to absorb oil. If you’re looking for a ton of added volume and texture, you may love this. But it was a little too thick and drying for me.

The look of Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo when it is first applied is a very thick powder with a bit of a white cast.
The powder feels dry and thick… kind of like if you put baby powder in your hair; it has a similar feeling.
Initially I didn’t like the way it felt, but I was optimistic that it would feel better as I used it and brushed it through.

This dry shampoo is more difficult to use than others I have tried. It made my hair feel very thick and semi-sticky so it wasn’t very easy to brush through my hair.
I really didn’t enjoy the way it made my hair feel. Since the powder is so thickening, it adds a lot of volume and texture. But if I have to choose between texture and clean feeling hair, I choose the latter.
