Overall Opinion:
Label.m Dry Shampoo didn’t deliver on the things you hope to get from a dry shampoo.
Label.m claims to be an official product of London Fashion Week so I expected much more from this dry shampoo.
It’s so hard to apply this product because it leaves a gross amount of white powder in your hair from even just a few sprays. It was so hard to get the white look to go away.
The smell of Label.m was pretty bad; it smelled very cheap.
Once it was in my hair, it gave absolutely no oil absorption or added volume. I was so disappointed.
Overall, this dry shampoo left my hair looking and feeling worse than before I used it :(
Detailed Opinion:
Look and Feel
Label.m Dry Shampoo looked absolutely awful when I first applied it to my hair.
Upon application, my hair looked completely white at the roots.
When I tried to blend it into my hair, it actually made the texture worse.
There was no absorbency to the powder and left my hair with a gritty texture.
Application/Ease of Use
The application of Label.m was awful, as was the use of the product.
When I sprayed the dry shampoo into my roots from about 5 inches from my head, the product came out too fast. This left me with a heavy layer of white powder all over my hair.
At first I thought this might just be how it looks until you massage it into your hair, but unfortunately when I tried to rub it into my roots, it kept the white powdery color.
Aside from the color, it left my hair feeling almost sticky and looking worse than before.
Drying Time
Label.m had virtually zero drying time.
This dry shampoo felt dry from the moment you put it on, which is usually expected from a dry shampoo, so that didn’t really bother me.
Smell (Initially)
When you first apply Label.m, it smells pretty bad.
The smell reminds me of a cheap hair spray.
Smell (Over Time)
After about an hour, the smell goes away, which I was thankful for.
The Results
The results that I achieved from Label.m were less than desired.
Once I was able to make the product look less white in my hair with a lot of effort, my hair may as well have looked dirty again.
Typically with a dry shampoo, I look for it to add texture and body, but this one just didn’t do the trick.
My hair looked flat and like it had way too much product weighing it down.
I was very disappointed with how my hair looked.
How Long It Lasts
The bad side effects from this product lasted until the next day when I was forced to wash my hair.
This product was like glue!
Price
Label.m Dry Shampoo is $22.99 for 6.7 oz.
That comes out to about $3.43 per oz. which is average priced. I don’t think this product is worth it though!
