Top 10 Ingredients: Hydrofluorocarbon 152a, Alcohol Denat., Dimethyl Ether, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Helianthus Annuus(Sunflower) Seed Extract, Glycerin, Equisetum Hyemale Extract, Chamomilla Recutita Extract, Urtitica Dioica
Overall Opinion:
Eufora Dry Shampoo overall didn’t work well to combat the oil in my hair.
This product is easy to apply, and when you apply the product, the consistency is very thin. As you build it up in your hair, there is a slight hue of white pigment and the texture becomes very sticky.
Because of the sticky consistency, it’s really hard to blend throughout your hair to disperse the product.
It will give you a bit of texture and a good amount of volume, but I found that it really didn’t absorb much of the oil from my hair at all.
The smell of this product is okay at first, but as it develops, it turns very strong of chemicals. Luckily the smell doesn’t stay in your hair for more than a few minutes.
The biggest downfall of this product is that it doesn’t absorb enough of the oil from your hair; it helps keep it looking textured and volumized all day but unfortunately just doesn’t help make it look much cleaner.
Overall, Eufora Dry Shampoo just doesn’t work to help you achieve clean, fresh looking hair like a dry shampoo is meant to do.
Detailed Opinion:
Look and Feel
Eufora Dry Shampoo looks almost completely invisible when you first apply the product, and as you build it up in your hair, it has a very slight white tint.
The feeling also feels like nothing at all at first, but once you build it up in your hair, it becomes very sticky.
As you work the product into your hair, the white color will fade away but the sticky feeling does not and it does disperse through your hair well because of the texture.
Application/Ease of Use
The application of Eufora Dry Shampoo is fairly easy; the aerosol bottle makes it easy to apply.
Since the product is really thin, you have to apply a lot of layers to even see any difference in your hair.
Because of the sticky consistency, it doesn’t really absorb much of the oil in your hair.
Drying Time
Eufora Dry Shampoo applies damp and takes about 4 seconds to completely dry in your hair.
Smell (Initially)
When you first apply Eufora Dry Shampoo, it has a really pleasant smell, but about 5 seconds later, the smell kind of changes and smells super strong and like chemicals.
Smell (Over Time)
Luckily the bad chemical smell diminishes after a few minutes and does not stay in your hair.
The Results
The results I achieved from Eufora Dry Shampoo were really unimpressive.
Although the sticky consistency of the product will help add volume and texture to the hair, the product absorbs very little oil.
It might work better for next day hair after you wash it, but for very oily hair, it doesn’t work well.
How Long It Lasts
Eufora Dry Shampoo did last all day in my hair to keep it looking textured and volumized.
But, the real purpose wasn’t achieved since it didn’t absorb much oil to begin with.
I just wish it would have helped more to combat the oil in my hair.
Price
Eufora Dry Shampoo is $7.97 for 1.7 oz. That comes out to $4.68 per oz.
That is an average or a bit above average price for a dry shampoo.
