Overall Opinion:
Aussie Total Miracle Dry Shampoo worked well to keep my hair looking clean all day.
I really liked the easy aerosol application and the extra fine powder.
Since the powder was so fine, it made it so easy to work into my hair and helped it look clean and natural. The color of the powder was also very subtle which looks much better than a stark white powder.
The smell of the product is something I really didn’t like about the product; it smelled artificial and gross.
Although I did really like the fine powder for easy application and use, since it was so fine, it didn’t add much texture or volume to my hair which is something I look for in a dry shampoo.
The product helped my hair stay clean for 10 hours without having to touch it up.
Detailed Opinion:
Look and Feel
I really like the look and feel of this product.
It first feels a bit wet and looks colorless.
Once it dries, it turns into a very fine powder with a light pigment of white.
I like the fine powder because it makes it easier to layer the amount of product that you need.
Application/Ease of Use
The application of Aussie Total Miracle Dry Shampoo is clean and easy.
This product applies in a thin layer on the hair and is easily buildable.
It was easy to work into my hair and apply the perfect amount that I needed without too much build up of product.
Drying Time
This product comes out more wet than other dry shampoos I’ve tried.
It takes about 45 seconds to dry. I like how the product comes out colorless and dries to a very subtle white which is easy to mask and look much more natural.
Smell (Initially)
I didn’t like the smell of this product when I initially sprayed it.
The product smells very artificial and sort of resembles the syrup in soda.
Smell (Over Time)
Luckily, the smell went away over time in about 30 minutes.
The Results
The results I achieved were good but there were a few things that I wish this dry shampoo did better.
I really liked the easy application and the oil absorbency of the Aussie Total Miracle Dry Shampoo.
I did wish that there was more added volume and texture.
How Long It Lasts
The Aussie Total Miracle Dry Shampoo lasted for about 10 hours.
My hair looked and smell good, and oil free for most of the day.
Price
This dry shampoo is priced below average at $3.43 for 4.9 oz.
That comes out to be $0.70 per ounce.
